Our stay was enjoyable, especially with the kids and our family dog. The facilities were excellent, and the free public hot spring was refreshing after a day of exploring. The staff was very accommodating, making our experience even better.
For dads, it would be great if the rooms were a bit more spacious for families.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, near many shopping areas and restaurants. I enjoyed the convenient access to popular stores like Daiso and Don Quijote just around the corner. Plus, the facilities were impressive, with both indoor and outdoor hot springs, perfect for relaxation after a busy day. The staff were truly accommodating and even offered complimentary drinks during the evening.
The laundry facilities were useful, but the machines could be a bit outdated.

Perfect Stay for Families in the Heart of Kumamoto!
We enjoyed a spacious twin room with modern amenities. The public bath was a relaxing highlight, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks until 11 PM. The breakfast offered an impressive array of local dishes for just ¥1200. A must-try for future guests!

The location provided easy access to numerous shops and restaurants, contributing to a delightful stay. Enjoyed the cleanliness and layout of the room, which made good use of the space. However, the breakfast options were predominantly Asian, and the response to a simple egg request was inflexible, requiring me to seek breakfast elsewhere at an additional cost. Also, the onsen's tattoo policy was a disappointment, limiting its appeal.

Couples looking for a modern retreat
The breakfast was good,, with local specialties like Aso milk and even sochu for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the staff were polite and even spoke simple English, making things smooth for us.
It wasn't cheap,, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what we got.
